Photography
Hobbyist photographer with a focus on travel and street photography. I document places, people, and the small moments in between. Mostly shooting on iPhone these days.
University of Bologna
MBA from the oldest university in the world, founded in 1088. It was an incredible experience living in Italy and learning alongside people from around the world.
Racket Sports
Played tennis on and off for two years before discovering padel. A few months in and I'm hooked. Always looking for a game.
Swimming
I love being in the water but I've been temporarily banned from the pool (and rivers) until I finish my swimming lessons. It's on the list. Soon.
Walking
Long walks are my meditation. There's something about moving through a place on foot that makes you see it completely differently. Also great for my cardiovascular health.
FIFA
I'm a great FIFA player. Not "pretty good" great. Actually great. Umar probably disagrees, but that's his business.
Travel
I love exploring new places and cultures. Every trip teaches me something about the world and myself. Building a map of everywhere I've been.
Building Things
I'm driven by the challenge of solving real problems. At Accrue, we're making cross-border payments in Africa faster and cheaper. The work is hard, but the impact keeps me going.
Final thoughts
I've failed at so many things but have no regrets. Every attempt has taught me something. Life is about trying things, learning from them, and trying again.
